Acting with Integrity at Singh

At Singh, we don’t just get the job done, we get the job done right. And we do it with integrity.

Integrity, by definition, is the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles.

Here, we take the definition to heart. Our team serves as the tableau for going above and beyond the standard. We believe in acting with integrity in all that we do and treating our residents and team with the utmost care and respect. We work hard for our associates, so they can work hard in return.

In search of our team’s definition of integrity and how it’s applied to their role, we asked them, “What does integrity mean to you.” Here’s what they said!

DJ Enos, Payroll Specialist since 2011

I think integrity really just means liking what you do and having a passion for what you do.

Christina Henderson, Life Enrichment Manager since 2011

That you’re honest, fair, and treat everybody with respect.

Peggy Boothe, Concierge since 2013

To me, integrity means delivering the highest quality of work you can deliver–and that’s what I do.”

Wendy Jacoby, Site Manager since 2004

To me, integrity means you can be counted on; whether that be taking care of residents or being here to support the staff. Integrity is really something that I use every day. I want the respect of the people around me, and to really get their respect you have to be respectful to everyone; residents and Singh team members. I don’t think you can be leader if you don’t have integrity. People won’t be effective if they can’t look to their leader for the guidance and support that they need.
