Bringing a warming presence and sharp sense of humor to the Waltonwood community, Dan provides daily smiles for his residents and team members.

Joining the Singh family amid the pandemic, he began his new opportunity having previously worked for Singh’s Northridge Apartments as a Leasing Agent. Dan takes nothing but pride in the work he does going above and beyond for residents, staff, and families. He continues receiving positive feedback from everyone who has interacted with him over the phone.

Once the pandemic comes to a close, Dan looks forward to visiting local treasures including the DIA, Greenfield Village, Cranbrook, and other similar places. When clocking out of work or enjoying a day off, he loves to spend his time working out at the gym, streaming his favorite shows, entertaining for family holidays, or simply catching up with friends. He walks in with a smile the moment he clocks in with nothing but love for what he does and the people he helps. With a caring heart like his, it’s hard to picture Dan doing anything else.
